A go-getter with a proven record of bringing in new logos and new business
Deep experience in IT Staffing, Solutions/ Services and Consulting sales

A strong hunter mentality – cold calls, networking, social outreach, referrals – you do what it takes to win
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement
Must have experience dealing with and selling to clients in Life Sciences and /or Healthcare Industry
Must be able to give a 30-60-90 day plan and with confidence and book of business and live reqs within first month itself
