Responsibilities
Administer and manage organizational AI platforms and tools, including access, configuration, and security
Define and maintain criteria for evaluating and rolling out AI applications, including compliance, performance, scalability, and business alignment
Partner with the AI Architect and Data Platform Engineer to align platform capabilities with organizational goals
Support implementation of generative AI, NLP, and intelligent agent frameworks across medical and operational workflows
Configure and enforce guardrails, policies, and user access controls for AI systems to ensure responsible use
Monitor AI system usage, performance, and adoption, providing metrics and dashboards to leadership
Assist in preparing compliance documentation and audit evidence for AI-related controls (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)
Provide guidance and training to developers and business teams on how to securely and effectively leverage AI platforms
Stay current on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and regulations, providing recommendations to the AI Committee
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
4 years of experience plus min experience may substitute for minimum education requirements
3+ years of experience in platform administration, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure, with exposure to AI/ML solutions
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs)
Strong knowledge of platform security, IAM/SSO integration, and compliance requirements
Experience with monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting for platform usage and performance
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs
Comfortable working in Agile teams and navigating ambiguity in startup environments
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in platform administration, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure, with exposure to AI/ML solutions
Hands-on experience administering cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Salesforce Einstein)
Familiarity with MLOps and AI model lifecycle management
Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)
Experience with prompt governance, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
