Responsibilities
Support and maintain middleware environments with a strong focus on Apache and Tomcat servers
Troubleshoot middleware‑related issues including application deployments, configuration problems, performance degradation, and connectivity issues
Analyze logs and diagnose application and middleware failures to ensure high availability and stability
Perform routine middleware operational tasks such as start/stop, configuration changes, patching coordination, and incident resolution
Work closely with application, infrastructure, and development teams to resolve issues and support releases
Participate in incident management, problem management, and root‑cause analysis efforts
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and operational standards
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in middleware operations (not OS administration–focused)
Hands‑on support experience with Apache and Tomcat application servers
Linux knowledge sufficient to: Navigate file systems, Review logs, Execute basic commands and scripts
Proven middleware troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and performance issue resolution
Experience supporting production environments with high availability requirements
