Responsibilities
Process employment record changes related to new hires, terminations, and job assignments into various systems
Provide systems related support for payroll, benefits administration, FMLA, and employment changes
Assist with payroll processing, including auditing weekly and semi-monthly payroll, completing reports and other related tasks
Act as the primary point of contact for employee leave requests and benefits administration
Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
Assist with additional payroll and benefits projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to handle confidential information, multitask, and show a strong attention to detail
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer applications
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
Preferred
Prior experience in Human Resources with a focus on payroll and/or benefits
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Prior experience with an HRIS
