Responsibilities

Serve as the program manager and system champion for the Advanced Services PMS platform (Cora), ensuring full adoption and operational consistency
Apply a structured project management methodology for engagements across all Advanced Services departments
Coordinate all logistics and documentation for customer projects
Act as the PMS “super user,” ensuring proper usage, data integrity, and continuous improvement
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and resellers regarding project milestones and installation status
Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and optimize business processes
Prepare and maintain management reporting including sales metrics, delivery metrics, and operational KPIs
Facilitate communication and issue escalation regarding scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, or performance risks

Required

Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or related field
5 plus years of direct customer-facing experience (design, development, support, or service)
Experience with CRM tools and strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite
Effective project management, analytical, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of cost estimating principles, project scheduling, and requirements gathering
Ability to interpret software requirements documents and assess cost/scope impacts of changes

Strong customer service orientation with ability to cultivate long-term relationships
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
