Axos Bank is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support their Commercial Real Estate Specialty Lending Group. The role involves managing loans within the portfolio, assisting with new loan opportunities, and performing credit analysis.

Responsibilities

Performs basic credit analysis – may include analyzing operating statements, recommending risk ratings
Analyzes Commercial Lending, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Equipment, and Loan and Lease Receivables collateral across an array of collateral types
Analyzes financial data to determine customers' financial status
Makes process improvement and action recommendations researched and supported by data and key metrics
Supports administrative aspects of the originations process including document collection, organization, and tracking of due diligence requirements

Required

Bachelors
1-2 years experience in monitoring or underwriting and structuring commercial lending transactions
