Responsibilities
Lead electrical design for major projects and set technical direction
Design and review power distribution, lighting, standby/emergency power, and control systems
Sign and seal engineering drawings
Oversee construction administration, QA/QC, RFIs, submittals, and commissioning
Develop electrical design standards and best practices
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Support client engagement and business development
Qualification
Required
6+ years of electrical engineering design experience
Active Electrical P.E. license
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Data center or Mission-Critical project experience
Strong NEC and NFPA knowledge
Experience with arc flash and protective device coordination studies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Bluebeam, and MS Office
Preferred
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
Medium-voltage experience
