The ability to manage a case from complaint to satisfaction
These responsibilities including review of correspondence, review of files to determine whether they are suit appropriate, review of answers, preparation and drafting of discovery and dispositive motions, and all aspects of conducting trial
In addition, the attorney is knowledgeable in post judgment remedies including attachment and garnishment
The candidate should be familiar with state and federal consumer laws and keep abreast of any changes in state or local rules

Required

Licensure is required with admission to the Nevada Bar
A JD and bar admission in Nevada
1 to 3 years of experience as a civil or criminal litigation attorney or judicial clerkship
The ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast paced, results driven environment
The ability to manage a case from complaint to satisfaction
These responsibilities including review of correspondence, review of files to determine whether they are suit appropriate, review of answers, preparation and drafting of discovery and dispositive motions, and all aspects of conducting trial
In addition, the attorney is knowledgeable in post judgment remedies including attachment and garnishment
The candidate should be familiar with state and federal consumer laws and keep abreast of any changes in state or local rules
Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
Represent clients in pre-suit and post-judgment matters and attend court hearings when required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize high volumes of information
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
