Responsibilities
Perform ongoing WordPress maintenance, updates, and performance improvements
Develop and modify features using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress issues, including plugin/theme conflicts
Update and fix styling issues across pages, forms, and templates
Make edits to locked or custom-coded pages outside of Elementor
Implement design and UX updates based on provided specifications
Ensure cross-browser and responsive compatibility
Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable code
Qualification
Required
Strong experience developing within WordPress
Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Elementor and/or Elementor Pro experience
Experience working with custom themes, templates, and plugins
Comfortable editing code directly (not reliant on page builders)
Solid understanding of front-end styling and layout best practices
Ability to follow detailed instructions and design specs accurately
Self-directed, reliable, and responsive in a contractor environment
Preferred
Experience with Elementor or similar page builders
Familiarity with form styling and optimization
Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices
