Responsibilities
Spearhead Production Lifecycles: Lead the execution phase for diverse media, including managing OOH vendor communications and delivery
Optimize Workfront Workflows: Architect efficient routing reviews and monitor feedback loops to ensure seamless asset delivery
Collaborate and Solve: Partner with Account and Creative teams to resolve bottlenecks and champion creative solutions for resource conflicts
Drive Transparency: Facilitate weekly status updates to keep internal and external partners/vendors informed and aligned on upcoming deliverables
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience managing production lifecycles in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
Advanced proficiency in Workfront and standard project management tools
