Responsibilities
Prepare and room patients for family medicine visits by gathering relevant information, assisting with clinical procedures, and supporting providers throughout the exam
Perform delegated clinical tasks such as vital signs, point of care testing, specimen collection, immunization support, and documentation within scope and according to clinic protocols
Maintain exam rooms and equipment by ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and adequate inventory to support daily clinic operations
Assist with scheduling needs, referral coordination, patient communication, and follow up instructions to promote efficient workflow and care continuity
Document clinical information accurately in the electronic health record and follow confidentiality and regulatory requirements
Support operational needs such as stocking supplies, traveling to satellite clinics when required, and participating in the Convenient Care weekend schedule for Minot clinics as assigned
Qualification
Required

Contributes to accurate, timely communication among patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
