Manage and support non-medical staff, including interns, volunteers, and contractual employees, ensuring everyone's roles align with Adagio Health's standards and mission
Collaborate with clinical staff to train and evaluate office procedures, helping to develop team strengths and support quality patient experiences
Oversee patient workflows, clinic budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure the clinic's seamless day-to-day functioning by addressing medical records management, building upkeep, and community outreach
Participate in community outreach, promote clinic initiatives, and engage in marketing efforts to increase our reach and impact within the community
Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, manage secure medical records, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff alike
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in health administration or a related field
3 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting
2 years in a supervisory role
Previous experience as a medical assistant, clinical professional, or paraprofessional
A history of effective team management, coaching, and creating a positive work environment for diverse teams
A genuine commitment to advancing health services in a supportive, inclusive setting
