Client Service Analyst
Mill Creek Capital Advisors is a registered investment advisor headquartered in Conshohocken, PA. They are seeking a motivated Client Service Analyst to support their advisory team in delivering exceptional service to clients, providing support in portfolio management, client account administration, and ensuring a high standard of client experience.
Management Information Systems
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to advisors in servicing client relationships and accounts
Assist with portfolio management support and performance reporting
Prepare, process, and track client paperwork with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Serve as a liaison between client service and operations teams, including assisting with money movements, processing subscription documents, and supporting client onboarding and account maintenance
Assist with special client-focused projects such as net worth reporting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning support
Help ensure a consistently high standard of responsiveness and client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with Excel and financial systems/technology
Demonstrated interest in wealth management, investments, and financial planning
Obtain Series 65 upon hire
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in financial services preferred
Interest in obtaining CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification is preferred
