Confidential company is a global manufacturing company seeking a Shared Services Director responsible for leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury Management. The role focuses on driving operational excellence and financial controls while partnering with regional Finance Directors.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Lead North American AP operations; define global standards, controls, and KPIs; ensure timely and compliant supplier payments; drive efficiency and automation
Lead AR operations including billing, collections, and credit control; improve cash collections and DSO; set global credit policies and escalation processes
Lead North American Treasury management. Own global cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and FX hedging strategy; ensure strong governance and risk management aligned with group standards
Establish global frameworks, ways of working, and process standards; partner with regional Finance Directors to ensure consistent execution while respecting local requirements
Drive standardization, system optimization, and shared services effectiveness, remaining hands-on in resolving complex operational issues

Required

10+ years' experience in AP, AR, and/or Treasury Management
5+ years in a leadership role within a global manufacturing environment
Strong ERP experience, including Infor, BPCS, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
Proven track record in working capital optimization, cash management, and process improvement
Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and risk management
Strong people leader with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
Results-driven, pragmatic, and continuous-improvement oriented
Effective communicator with strong global stakeholder management skills
