Responsibilities
Deliver white-glove technical support for executives across hardware, software, networking, and AV systems
Support onsite and offsite events, including executive town halls, global summits, and hybrid meetings, ensuring seamless audio/video and collaboration experiences
Configure and troubleshoot complex AV setups, streaming platforms, and integrated collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)
Manage mobile device ecosystems, secure connectivity, and advanced troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and enterprise applications
Act as technical lead for executive travel and offsite engagements, ensuring continuity of IT services globally
Collaborate with Event Operations, Security, and Network Engineering teams for high-profile events
Maintain strict security and confidentiality standards for all executive interactions
Document technical workflows and contribute to knowledge base for advanced troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
4+ years of experience in enterprise technical support
Proven experience supporting C-suite executives and managing complex AV/IT environments
Expertise in network protocols, video conferencing infrastructure, streaming technologies, and enterprise collaboration platforms
Strong knowledge of endpoint security, VPNs, and cloud-based services
Ability to work under pressure, travel as needed, and deliver flawless technical execution for high-stakes events
