$60K/yr - $75K/yrFrench & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Billing Representative for our Accounting Department. The role involves preparing project budgets, processing invoices, and assisting Project Managers with various tasks to ensure smooth billing operations.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Prepares and monitors project budgets
Preparation and processing of invoices and contract documents
Set up projects according to contract terms
Monthly project budget reconciliation
Weekly data entry of various company expenses
Assist Project Managers with research and resolution of client questions
Assist Project Managers with ad hoc reports
Accounts receivable collection assistance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Good time management skills
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in high volume billing preparation and/or general accounting
Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is preferred
Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Excel
Proficient with Adobe writer
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Good time management skills
Preferred
Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is preferred
