Responsibilities

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, video, and copy that aligns with brand voice and goals
Manage social calendars, community engagement, and day-to-day posting for multiple client accounts
Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience insights to inform content and strategy
Analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports and guide optimization
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
Use AI tools for ideation, captions, editing, and workflow support
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging platforms, formats, and best practices in social media marketing

Required

Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills

Familiarity with AI content tools and enthusiasm for testing new technologies to improve workflow and creativity
Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
Creative, curious, and collaborative with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Kind, professional, and client-focused in all interactions
