Responsibilities

Supports leadership by gathering, monitoring, analyzing and organizing member information on current and emerging science and technology
Support technical teams in their deliverable publication process
Support technical staff to ensure research results and associated materials are stored in centralized content management system
Works with program members to help access program capabilities, evaluate the value of their membership and resolve other member related issues concerns and questions
Manage the planning, preparation and organization of technical conferences and workshops
Supports the technical staff in the purchase of goods and services
Provide support in preparation of technical presentations and other materials for advisory meetings, external publications, conferences and workshops
Provide support in maintaining various program websites
Provide guidance and support to facilitate knowledge transfer and training to other roles such as Technical Assistants

Required

AA degree in a scientific field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of experience in an administrative or technical support report role
Capability to handle administrative support role (word processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation graphics, etc.)
A general understanding of the conduct of research projects from the definition phase through to results delivery and application
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong ability to identify, analyze, and negotiate and problem solve
Capability of performing multiple and complex tasks with limited direction, while having the judgment to know when to ask for directions
Supported programs technical publications (editing, collecting comments, publications process)
Demonstrated skills in presentations (editing, presenting, etc.)
Demonstrates ability to organize and lead large meetings (50+ attendees)
Maintain EPRI.com website content working with digital solutions, technical teams, and members
Proficient in document management within EPRI system architecture
Engage with members to facilitate knowledge transfer
