Responsibilities
Escort third-party vendors and contractors while on the client site
Supervise the completion of facility tasks and maintenance work orders
Coordinate with client stakeholders to schedule services and clarify the scope of work
Exercise independent decision-making to prioritize tasks and resolve minor issues
Assist with light technical, mechanical, or plumbing work when needed
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders
Basic technical skills for minor repairs (screwdriver, light mechanical, or plumbing work) are a plus
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
