Responsibilities

Lead campaign development from initial concept through storytelling and execution

Craft compelling narratives and copy that anchor all creative work

Direct and shape social content strategy and campaigns

Collaborate with photographers and videographers to realize your vision

Shoot, edit, or contribute hands-on to photography and video projects

Explore and execute motion graphics and animation when projects call for it

Present strategy and creative work to clients with clarity and confidence

Mentor junior creatives and contribute to the agency's creative culture

Take on new creative challenges and expand your skillset across disciplines

Qualification

Required

3-5+ years of professional creative experience (agency or brand-side)

Exceptional writing skills and a portfolio that demonstrates strategic storytelling

Proven ability to develop campaign concepts and lead their execution across multiple platforms

Comfort jumping between disciplines; collaborative spirit and flexibility

Strong visual sensibility and design awareness (you don't need to design, but you need to understand it)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred

Photography or videography experience

Motion graphics or video editing skills

Social media campaign strategy expertise

A growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
