Perform on‑site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
Work on commercial equipment, including chillers, RTUs, and air handlers
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, parts, and scheduled service
Complete work orders and document all maintenance activities
Ensure systems meet EPA, safety, and city compliance standards
Qualification
Required
EPA Certification
5+ years of commercial technician experience
Strong communication and vendor‑coordination skills
Preferred
Experience working with chillers
Previous work in city/ state environment
