Responsibilities

Work alongside a clinical Epic Analyst to gain hands‑on experience in clinical IT and healthcare informatics
Collaborate with both clinicians and analysts to support initiatives that enhance information flow, knowledge management, and overall clinical effectiveness
Work with an IT Systems Analyst specializing in the Epic Medical Records System to learn how the medical record system operates
Observe the clinical workflows used in the system as well as the build, maintenance, and support of the system
Engage with experts in many areas in the IT space and develop skills through participation in assigned tasks and projects
Work closely with a Senior Epic Analyst to gain exposure to clinical workflows within the integrated Epic electronic medical record
Contribute to projects that could include evaluating team processes, developing virtual engagement activities, and organizing team resources
Engage with other analysts, IT leaders, clinicians, and operational partners on network-wide initiatives

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent
One year completion of college and currently enrolled at a college or university
Ability to work remotely or onsite

Ability to communicate effectively
