Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents

Develop and execute litigation strategies for wage and hour matters in state and federal courts

Participate as part of a litigation team in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations

Conduct legal research and develop strong written and oral advocacy skills with mentorship from senior attorneys
