Inspect and assess dies for wear and damage, determining necessary repairs
Perform repairs on dies, including welding, grinding, and machining as needed

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize die performance
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in the design and modification of dies to improve efficiency and functionality
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in die repair techniques
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Die Repair Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of die repair techniques and tools
Proficiency in using machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
Preferred
Technical degree or certification in machining or related field
