Responsibilities
Engage proactively and responsively with team members and stakeholders
Communicate thoughtfully and professionally
Create detailed, comprehensive project plans for global and local initiatives
Help keep the team organized, aligned, and on track toward key deliverables
Ensure accuracy of details related to learning events, conferences, and meetings
Demonstrate agility and the ability to learn new aspects of the business quickly
Anticipate challenges, think ahead, and execute tasks effectively
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager; PMP certification is a plus but not required
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-service capabilities
High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to prioritize and track tasks
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, processes, and adapt to change
Ability to collaborate effectively with both local teams and global stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, public relations, management, consulting, communications, finance, marketing, or a related field
Experience in a similar or related role
