They are seeking a motivated, people-focused Part-Time Junior Corporate Recruiter to support hiring across multiple clinic locations and strengthen their talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to offer — for roles including clinical providers, medical assistants, and front-office staff
Conduct phone and video interviews (Google Meet) and coordinate in-person interviews when needed
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal referrals
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and medical training programs for externship and internship pipelines
Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics using ATS (Teamtailor) and Google Workspace tools
Maintain accurate records and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience
Represent the Medi-Weightloss brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or multi-site environment preferred)
Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive); ATS experience a plus
Must be able to work onsite in Winter Park, FL. No remote option
Preferred
healthcare or multi-site environment experience
