Responsibilities
Participate in the design of CPaaS products, contributing to framework, function, and interaction design under the guidance of experienced product managers
Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for product decision-making
Assist in drafting product requirement documents and related documentation to communicate product vision and features effectively
Engage in product operations and promotional activities, supporting the team in driving product awareness and adoption
Qualification
Required
Final-year undergraduates / graduate students majoring in technology, management, economics, computer science, or its equivalents with a vision to pursue his/her product management career path in public cloud industry
Able to commit at least 6-month full-time
Demonstrate creativity, strong logical thinking, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills
Passionate about product management, with a keen interest in researching various products and a focus on enhancing user experience
Proficiency in common product tools such as Microsoft Office, prototyping, and flowchart design software
Strong command in both English and Chinese Mandarin in order to communicate with China-headquarters based stakeholders and perform translation on product materials
Preferred
Relevant product management certifications would be advantageous
Previous experience in B2B product internships, particularly in PaaS or SaaS, is preferred but not mandatory
