Participants will undergo a 4 to 5-month paid training focusing on mainframe systems programming, gaining hands-on experience and foundational skills in COBOL and other technologies.

Responsibilities
During the training, you will take part in and successfully complete individual and group assignments and projects, including quizzes, tests, homework, and presentations, while gaining industry and company-specific knowledge
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment which may require action and response 24x7 to support the technical business needs of the customer
On-call will be required for some positions
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in computer science or other IT job-related field obtained prior to May 26, 2026 OR an associate degree in computer science or other IT job-related field obtained prior to May 26, 2026 plus two years of job-related IT experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under close supervision and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Ability to complete assigned work in a timely manner
Microsoft Office skills
Preferred
Demonstrated initiative in recent extracurricular activities/studies related to technology
IT internship experience
