Responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Optimize network design (manufacturing, distribution, sourcing) for cost, service, and sustainability
Build strategic partnerships with key logistics suppliers and support sourcing and contract negotiations
Oversee integrated business planning (IBP) and S&OP processes to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory optimization
Identify vulnerabilities, develop contingency plans, and ensure resilience against supply chain disruptions
Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service levels; monitor performance metrics like OTIF and inventory turns
Implement sustainable sourcing and packaging practices; ensure compliance with trade regulations and ethical standards
Lead digital transformation through advanced analytics, automation, and AI in supply chain processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams to align supply chain with business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; Master's preferred
10+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing leadership
Strong knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems
Certifications in APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean highly desirable
Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and manage complex projects
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 15%
Preferred
Experience with advanced planning systems, automation, and AI
Strong financial acumen and understanding of cost drivers
Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
