Responsibilities
Provide meaningful support to federal customers
Design and implement systems and solutions in collaboration with administrative and engineering teams
Respond and adapt to unique technical requirements and deadlines
Leverage a wide range of technical skills to design, deploy, and support engineering, development, and corporate IT environments
Offer creative technical solutions to unique problems
Communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and customers
Focus on providing solutions and facilitating other team members’ productivity
Adapt to flexible job responsibilities and work schedules
Be available for periodic after hours maintenance and 24/7 response to emergency situations

TS Clearance Required
5+ years of experience
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Linux administration including all aspects of deployment, maintenance, and configuration of multiple distributions
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Virtualization and containers, especially ProxMox VE, and docker
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Familiarity with encryption and PKI concepts and tools including PGP email integration, step-ca deployment, and full disk encryption
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory services including user and group management, DNS and DHCP, GPO, and WSUS
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 and MacOS end-user system setup, maintenance, and support
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Scripting and IT automation including bash, python, and/or powershell
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Network management and configuration including VLAN, VPN, SSH tunneling, iptables-based firewalls, linux-based routing, and wifi and ethernet hardware setup
Experience in at least three of the following areas: Hardware, OS, and software diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for end-user and server systems and small business networking
Ability to leverage a wide-range of technical skills to design, deploy, and support engineering, development, and corporate IT environments
Ability to offer creative technical solutions to unique problems
Willingness to respond to quickly emerging technical requirements and deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and customers and function in a diverse team
Desire and ability to constantly learn and develop new technical skills
Focus on providing solutions and facilitating other team members' productivity
Ability to adapt to flexible job responsibilities and work schedules
Available for periodic after hours maintenance as well as 24/7 response to emergency situations such as power outages and equipment failures
Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
