Responsibilities
Own creator, user-moderator, and community communications across email, Discord, and social platforms, serving as a primary point of contact for complex or sensitive issues
Manage and moderate the official Discord community, including structure, rules, and engagement standards, while proactively identifying and addressing emerging community issues
Own creator program and fund operations end-to-end, including eligibility validation, payouts, issue resolution, and operational tracking
Maintain high accuracy, accountability, and risk awareness across creator-related financial and operational workflows
Build, document, and maintain SOPs for creator communications, community management, and program operations; identify gaps and define best practices where guidance is missing
Evaluate and apply agentic AI or automation tools to reduce manual workload, improve response quality, and scale operations responsibly
Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, translate internal policies into clear creator-facing guidance, and ensure workflows align with trust, quality, and policy requirements
Act as a feedback conduit between creators, users, and internal teams by surfacing recurring issues, friction points, and insights to inform product and policy decisions
Qualification
Required
Native-level English fluency with strong professional writing skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience in community management, creator operations, or related roles
Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Demonstrated experience owning external communications
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented
Enthusiasm and demonstrated engagement with AI or automation tools, with the ability to learn and apply them in operational contexts
Preferred
Experience using automation, tooling, or AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency
Cultural fluency and comfort engaging with creators and moderators from historically underrepresented and regionally distinct U.S. communities
Experience supporting creator monetization programs, funds, or payouts
Background in policy-driven environments
Experienced with Discord, community platforms, and support tooling
