Responsibilities
Develop user guides, process documents, and knowledge articles that explain technology systems and workflows
Gather information, ask questions, and confirm details to ensure documentation is accurate and complete
Translate complex concepts into content that is easy for both technical and non-technical users to understand
Help visualize processes to make systems easier to learn and follow
Use AI tools to help generate content, improve drafts, and review accuracy before finalizing documents
Keep documentation updated, organized, and aligned with internal standards while identifying missing or outdated content
Work on different documentation needs while staying organized and maintaining regular communication with teams
Qualification
Required
Experience creating technical or process documentation in technology-focused environments
Ability to understand systems and explain them clearly
Experience using AI tools to help create and refine documentation
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing needs
Experience creating process flows or workflow diagrams
Familiarity with version control practices
Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and similar tools
Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
Preferred
Experience supporting training or knowledge-sharing initiatives
Familiarity with compliance or regulated environments
Experience using documentation or collaboration platforms
