Oversee the daily operations of Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) homes
Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
Managing staffing schedules
Supervising and training team members
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Coordinating individualized service plans
Collaborate with families, guardians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure quality care and services
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and experience working within the CILA model of care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and staff
Time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to create and oversee individualized service plans
Proficiency in documentation and data management processes
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Minimum of one-year full-time professional experience with persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Should be experienced in the dynamics of individual and group behavior
State of Illinois QDIP
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Previous experience in residential services, disability support, or related field is a plus
