Responsibilities

Led and supported end-to-end solutions spanning Telephony, Genesys, Salesforce CRM, enterprise reporting, agent desktop experience, and structured release management
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency, digital innovation, and cultural change across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope and on schedule
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to secure buy-in, manage expectations, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, using data-driven insights and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of transformation efforts
Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High attention to detail while managing multiple sophisticated deliverables and stakeholder groups
Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required
Highly skilled with MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Exposure with Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, Brightree, Alvaria, Genesys and Teleperformance preferred
Proven organization and time management skills

Required
