Responsibilities

Develop sales capabilities through dedicated mentoring and coaching
Build and lead strategies to develop your associates and their business
Coordinate and support cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships that lead to business opportunities
Lead, recruit, and work closely with branch employees to ensure effective team building
Manage branch infrastructure, including lobby and operational technology, back office processing, and quality assurance processes

Required

at least five years in financial sales role
