Responsibilities
Lead complex monthly billing submissions across multiple contract types
Manage contract reconciliations and change order tracking
Conduct monthly Key Project Reviews (KPR) with project teams
Provide detailed cost analysis and variance explanations (fades/gains)
Support monthly financial reporting and executive ad-hoc analysis
Drive procurement planning and monitor actual vs. planned buys
Monitor AR, under-billings, and assist with invoice resolution
Ensure contract compliance and customer reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen for security clearance and open to progressive career growth
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years of finance/accounting experience (project-based with commercial/industrial construction environment strongly preferred)
Strong Excel skills (analysis, reporting, cost tracking)
Experience with complex billing & multi-year contracts
Strong communication skills, you'll be interacting with PMs and customers regularly
