Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of requisitions across Engineering, IT, and Product Development, ensuring an efficient and effective end-to-end recruiting process
Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination, while assessing candidates for both functional and cultural fit
Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR business partners, serving as a subject matter expert in technology hiring and aligning talent strategy with business priorities
Leverage data and recruiting metrics to track progress, share insights with hiring managers on a regular cadence, and recommend improvements to recruiting effectiveness
Act as an ambassador for CA to both candidates and hiring teams, delivering a positive and consistent recruiting experience

Required

3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a fast-paced corporate environment or agency setting with transferable skills
Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with business leaders
Demonstrated experience sourcing passive technical and product talent, including proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven success building and delivering talent pipelines for technology business groups
Strong assessment capabilities, including evaluating technical qualifications, cultural alignment, and long-term potential, and advising hiring managers on selection decisions
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement
Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Workday experience strongly preferred
