Responsibilities
Responsible for executing digital and print marketing projects which include: websites, logos, brochures, email marketing, social media graphic elements, videos
Working side-by-side with the Creative Director, and other designers to ensure the products exceed the clients' expectations
Managing complex projects from start to finish
Ideate, prototype, and test designs early on and work with developers and brand leads to ensure your creative solutions are operable, executable, and aligned with the strategy
Providing client support – website updates
Working with printers and other suppliers
Taking the initiative to assist team members, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related area, 1 to 2 years of experience a plus
Must be proficient in professional design programs including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc) and basic knowledge of video editing software (Final Cut Pro)
Proficiency in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong understanding of design, hierarchy, layout, typography
Solid understanding of good design principles and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Intellectually curious to 'figure things out'
Desire to continuously learn and improve
Ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous client service
Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, modest, confident, sense of humor
Design portfolio that demonstrates skill, knowledge and versatility
Must provide a link to portfolio (including password) on resume or provide PDF samples
Ability to work in studio/office - on site
Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML/CSS
Social Media management, project management, writing and editing skills is important
