Federal EHR Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities
Transition and Mobilization planning: strategy analysis and ideation of the short-term system integrator transition plan and long-term deployment plan, including staffing mobilization
Contribute to execution and operational requirements of an Electronic Health Record deployment project
Project management-related activities across multiple unique efforts, creating and distributing status reports, conducting data/schedule analysis, writing/editing formal deliverables, supporting/prepping leadership and stakeholders in client discussions, and other ad hoc requests
Develop trusted relationships and coordinate with other internal/external work streams to ensure project efforts and messaging are compatible
Manage a team of operational, technical, clinical, and/or other relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience with hospitals/clinical environments and IT projects in the space
Experience with clinical and IT environments in the VA/Federal space
Willingness to travel across the country upwards of 80% at times
Preferred
EHR experience
System Integrator transition planning experience
Development of deployment methodology
