Responsibilities

Develop PHY architectural models, ideally in SystemC (other languages acceptable)
Implement and validate PHY calibration, adaptation, and training algorithms
Perform post-silicon bring-up, validation, and debug activities
Run system simulations and correlate simulation results with silicon data
Conduct scripting, data collection, and analysis
Support firmware development related to PHY functionality
Debug complex system-level and silicon issues

Required

Develop PHY architectural models, ideally in SystemC (other languages acceptable)

Support firmware development related to PHY functionality
Debug complex system-level and silicon issues
Strong experience as a PHY system modeling engineer
Hands-on experience with firmware development and post-silicon activities
Strong PHY background with SerDes/DDR preferred
Firmware programming
System modeling
Post-Silicon skills
C / SystemC / Matlab / Python programming
DDR training algorithms

Preferred

Strong coding skills in C, SystemC, Matlab, System Verilog, and Python
Experience with SerDes / DDR PHY architectures
Familiarity with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI)
Strong debugging skills
