Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet customers/visitors
Maintain cleanliness of showroom, bathrooms, and coffee area
Collect, open, and distribute mail
Monitor and reorder office and restroom supplies
Gather weekly scorecard data
General filing and document organization
Manage Accounts Receivable collections and follow up on past-due accounts
Prepare and deliver bank deposits
Collect rent payments from sublet tenant
Assist with timecard review and payroll report preparation
Process HR paperwork for new hires, terminations, and employee changes
Maintain personnel files
File workplace injury reports
Manage facility maintenance and repairs with vendors
Help ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, and operational
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Comfortable handling confidential information
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable transportation (for bank deposits)
Preferred
Basic accounting experience preferred (AR collections a plus)
Experience with QuickBooks is helpful
