Helping onboard new clients so great communication skills with the ability to speak to non-technical folks
Will work with System Integrators / Developers to complete technical specs but must be able to talk the talk and understand APIs, SFTPs, etc
Experience in project planning & management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Expertise in developing client facing workshop materials for technical onboarding
Proven written and oral communication skills include senior leadership presentation

B2B Integration Solutions (Working directly with clients to help integrate Payment solutions.)
Helping onboard new clients so great communication skills with the ability to speak to non-technical folks
Banking or Financial or Payments or FinTech experience in some fashion
Will work with System Integrators / Developers to complete technical specs but must be able to talk the talk and understand APIs, SFTPs, etc
7+ years of relevant customer success experience with FinTech, Banks, or e-Commerce
At least 5+ years of experience delivering technical onboardings to clients
Technical expertise is sufficient to lead a technical onboarding project - including API integrations, SFTP, EDI, XML, and TXT Batch Files
Experience in project planning & management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Expertise in developing client facing workshop materials for technical onboarding
Proven written and oral communication skills include senior leadership presentation
