Customer Success Manager
Harrington Starr is a fast-growing FinTech organization building a dedicated Customer Success function. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-implementation relationships and ensure strong customer adoption and retention.
Responsibilities
Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers
Drive adoption, value realization, and renewals
Monitor customer health and proactively manage risk
Lead regular reviews, success planning, and expansion conversations
Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve the product
Help define Customer Success processes, playbooks, and metrics
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management
Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex enterprise software
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate complex products into clear business value
Proactive, structured, and outcome-focused mindset
Comfortable building processes in a fast-growing environment
