Responsibilities
Manage employee relations, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions
Conduct thorough investigations and handle reduction in force processes
Create and deliver severance agreements with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with People and Culture teams to support organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Exp with Financial clients
Proven experience in employee relations and handling performance improvement plans
Expertise in disciplinary actions, investigations, and reduction in force processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DocuSign
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work remotely with occasional travel as needed
