Responsibilities

Configure, deploy, and support Cisco enterprise switches and Access Points

Design and maintain VLANs, trunks, and routing

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages

Act as the on-site technical escalation point for IT issues

Maintain documentation of network and automation configurations

Participate in system upgrades, expansions, and projects

Ensure changes do not disrupt production operations

Cisco CCNA certificationConfiguring Cisco switchesRockwell Automation experienceStratix switches experienceNetwork segmentationTroubleshooting skillsManufacturing experienceDocumentation skillsIndependent work

Required

Proven experience configuring Cisco switches and Access Points

Must be Cisco CCNA certified (or higher)

Experience supporting Rockwell Automation environments

Hands-on experience with Stratix switches

Strong understanding of IT network segmentation

Manufacturing or industrial environment experience

Ability to work independently on-site

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
