Responsibilities

Analyze project requirements, status, budget, and schedules
Support meetings, including distribution of agendas, compilation of meeting minutes and tracking action items
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Monitor financial performance in relation to planned amounts and proactively identify shortfalls
Manage completion of tasks required to meet contractual commitments
Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers
Organize and manage files and data in a web-based SharePoint environment
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to combat integration and identification systems
Apply policies and procedures for financial planning
Other duties as assigned or required

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business discipline (accounting, management, economics, marketing, or other business field) or Associate degree in a business discipline plus four years of additional work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation to uncover trends and insights
Ability to create charts, graphs, and other visual representations to communicate findings effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders
Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Preferred

Experience in managerial/cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution tracking, work force management, workload, acquisition, and financial analyses
Three years of experience with two of those years within the Department of the Navy (DON)
One year of experience involving DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR); FAR; and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Proficiency in the M365 suite of tools including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneNote, OneDrive, Lists, and Planner
