They are seeking a Senior ERP Process & Controls Consultant to stabilize and improve Dymax ERP usage, strengthen operational and financial controls, and document core business processes in preparation for future ERP migration.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for Dymax ERP
Support and analyze core ERP cycles:
– Procure-to-Pay (Purchasing, Receiving, AP)
– Order-to-Cash (Sales Orders, Shipping, AR)
– Inventory management, costing, and valuation
Reverse-engineer undocumented workflows using system behavior, data analysis, and user interviews
Use SQL directly against ERP data to trace transactions, validate postings, and support reconciliations
Identify operational and financial control weaknesses and propose low-disruption fixes
Partner with long-tenured business users and leadership to build trust and drive incremental improvement
Document standardized processes and future-state considerations
Translate technical ERP findings into business-relevant guidance
Qualification
Required
8+ years of ERP consulting or ERP ownership experience in distribution, manufacturing, aerospace, or supply-chain environments
Strong techno-functional expertise in Dymax ERP (highly preferred and strongly weighted)
Experience supporting operational ERP environments (not finance-only roles)
Ability to assess ERP configurations, workflows, and process gaps
Strong SQL skills for data analysis, transaction tracing, and reconciliation
Experience identifying and remediating ERP control weaknesses
Comfortable working in lightly documented, legacy ERP environments
Strong process documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
NetSuite integration or dual-ERP environment experience
Experience in private-equity-backed companies or post-acquisition environments
Prior involvement in ERP migration planning or readiness efforts
