Tahiti Cabinets, Inc. is seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager with a strong background in commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork. The ideal candidate will manage millwork projects from award through final punch list, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage millwork and cabinetry projects from award through final punch list
Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal shop and field teams
Prepare, submit, and track submittals, RFIs, long-lead items, and project schedules
Review plans, specifications, and millwork details for accuracy and constructability
Maintain project budgets, change orders, and timelines
Conduct site visits, oversee installation progress, and manage close-out documentation
Support shop and installation teams with clear communication and problem-solving
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive project management and follow-through

Required

Strong knowledge of commercial cabinets and architectural millwork
Experience managing medical and TI (Tenant Improvement) projects
Working knowledge of Woodwork Institute and NAAWS standards
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology
Proven experience working directly with General Contractors
Ability to manage projects from submittals through final punch list
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
Computer proficiency (email, PDFs, schedules, spreadsheets, digital takeoffs, etc.)
Self-motivated, hardworking, and a dedicated team player
Commercial Millwork Project Management: 3 years (required)
Cabinet Project Management: 3 years (required)
