Responsibilities

Perform daily operational tasks within a MedTech product security AI platform to support product security assurance workflows

Execute routine platform administration activities, including configuration updates, user access management, and data maintenance

Support onboarding of new product teams, including user setup, delivery of basic training sessions, and distribution of reference materials

Provide ongoing user support by responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating defects when needed

Log, track, and follow up on bugs, issues, and enhancement requests with the platform vendor through resolution

Execute assigned platform and process improvement tasks aligned to agreed work plans

Produce routine operational metrics and summaries to support reporting and visibility

Document processes, updates, and changes to ensure continuity and effective knowledge transfer

Work independently on assigned tasks, escalating risks, issues, or blockers as appropriate

Required

Experience administering or supporting IT systems or enterprise applications in an organizational environment

Ability to train, guide, and support users on platform functionality and workflows
