Responsibilities
5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity
5+ years of product management experience or engineering/Technical lead
Experience in corporate finance domain
Working knowledge of digital finance platforms/architecture and integrations; familiarity with one or more technologies such as Spring Boot microservices, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Coupa, or OneStream (ability to partner effectively with engineers/architects)
Broad understanding of technical delivery aspects such as SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering
Working understanding of Agile methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent
Ability to build strong relationships with technical, product, and business stakeholders
Previous project management and leadership experience preferred
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring project team members and technical leads
Experience in planning and execution of Agile Transformations will be a plus
Superior interpersonal and communication skills; effectively communicates with project team, other project leader
Qualification
